I. Arrival You can arrive in Sofia by plane, bus or train. Each participant will personally be met at the airport, train or bus station. This means that you have to send us an e-mail with details of your arrival: date of arrival hour of arrival details name of the travelling firm if bus name of the airway; number of the flight if plane train from/to cell phone number for contact Please make sure you have our contact information (sell phone at least) during the travel so that you can notify us if there is a change in your travel plan (i.e. delays). II. Accomodation After meeting you, your contact person will accomodate you in Hotel Hemus (only if requested in application form). If you have arranged your stay personally we do not guarantee that you will be accompanied. III. Enjoy your stay! Hotel Rodina is close to the congress area. Map available soon The next step is to register for the congress in the seminar room of the congress. The precise hours for registration will be available in the program, which will be published in our site after the deadline is over.
