Each participant will receive a notification by which he/she will know if their paper is accepted or rejected. The notification will also include information about the presentation form of the paper (poster or oral presentation) and the section where the presentation will take place. Paper Presentation Rules: - Oral presentations will be presented in MS Powerpoint 2000. The speaker has 8 minutes to present his/her paper. No extratime will be allowed over the 8 minutes. After each paper there will be 2 minutes for questions. Please bring your presentation disks to the registration desk on the day of your presentation day from 8:30 to 9:00 am. - Poster presentations - there will be poster sessions, one each day. Posters are to be mounted during the whole session they are scheduled to. Each day paper authors have to stand by their posters in order to answer to related questions. The poster format should not exceed A0 format (height 120 cm, length 90 cm) .
