General Information About The Accomodation For Our Participants

 

For all the partcipants we shall provide nice accomodation in the HEMUS HOTEL.

You will be asked in your application form if you want your accomodation to be arranged by us. If so, you have to include the payment in your bank transfer for the congress fee. Additional info about costs and adress of the hotel will be available soon.

 General Information About Your Journey

 

You can arrive in Sofia by plane, bus or train. Each participant will personally be met at the airport, train or bus station. For residents of some countries, it is required a BG Visa for entry in Bulgaria. Please ask in the nearest Bulgarian Embassy if a Visa is required for You! If so - contact the Organizing Committee and we will send to you an Invitation letter.
