Dear Colleagues,

ICMS - International Congress of Medical Sciences in Sofia (Bulgaria) strives to become the most perspective and well organized conference for Students and Young Doctors in the Eastern part of Europe. We aim to contribute to a good education of promising young scientists and future doctors. Hereby we wish to strengthen the European network.
   Our mission is to realize our vision we offer discussions upon topics of biomedical research as much as social and ethical discourses. There will be events on the topics of ethics, the dealing with the medical progress, alternative medicine, communication between doctor and patient, etc. In close collaboration established scientists will provide the participants with feedback to help improving the style and content of their presentation as well as offering career opportunities.
   I would like to welcome you warmly this May to the 5-th International Congress of Medical Sciences for students and young doctors. This year, ICMS offers you – the doctors of tomorrow, a great assembly where we will be able to exchange ideas about the awaiting future in medical research. I hope that we will find some fundamental answers, critical for our medical identities, along with the scientific and social programs.
